Students in grades 6 through 8 at St. Leo’s school have been studying Shakespeare’s tragedy, Romeo and Juliet. Students learned about iambic pentameter, Shakespeare’s characters and the history of the Elizabethan period. Shakespeare Theater of New Jersey, which is housed at Drew University came to St. Leo’s School on March 27th to perform the play for the students. It was an extraordinary experience as the theater company is renowned throughout the country. “
